Try it before you pay

Every conversion, contrast check and shade scale is free and needs no account. Pro adds batch conversion, saved palettes and exports. Use the free tools first so you know what you are buying.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel at any time from your account settings. Canceling stops the next renewal and leaves Pro active until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a renewal charged you after you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review it.

Lifetime purchases

If the Pro tools do not work as described on the pricing page, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Where refunds go

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by our payment provider. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

What we review

We check the package shown at checkout, the subscription status, what was actually delivered, our payment provider's records and applicable consumer law. Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by this policy.

How to request one

Open a request in the support center in your account settings and include the order number. We reply to refund requests within five business days.
