Color processing and cloud projects

Color calculations run in your browser. Guest projects are saved only in the current browser. Clearing site data removes these local copies.

Signed-in account projects, including names, colors, theme settings and undo history, are stored on our servers and automatically synchronized across devices. Local copies retain changes during a network interruption. Local guest projects are imported only when you choose to import them or select sign-up and sync.

Deleted projects can be restored for 30 days. After that they are unavailable for restoration and removed from the active project library during its next successful write. Clearing browser data does not delete account projects from the cloud.

Product analytics

The color tools emit a small set of local events so we can see which formats and tools get used. Each event is rebuilt from a fixed whitelist before it is emitted: the notation you typed in (hex, rgb, hsl, lch, oklch, named), the format you copied, the theme name, a parse error code, or a scale step number.

These events carry no color values, no page URLs and no identifiers. They are dispatched as browser events. When GA4 is configured and you allow analytics, a validated subset is sent with the page path. Color values, project contents, account identifiers and URL parameters are excluded.

Optional third-party analytics

The operator can enable a third-party analytics provider. When one is enabled, its script loads only after you accept it in the consent prompt, and the choice is recorded so you are not asked again. When none is enabled, no third-party script is loaded.

Optional advertising

Unpaid visitors who allow advertising may see one labeled ad after public content. Active paid monthly and lifetime accounts are ad-free. Ads do not appear in the workspace, account, login, pricing or checkout pages. AdSense may process cookies and technical information when permitted. You can change your choice through Privacy choices.

Account information

You can use the free tools without an account. If you create one, we process your email address, authentication records and session records so you can sign in and so your Pro entitlement can be checked.

Payments

Checkout is handled by our payment provider. Card numbers and banking details go to that provider and are never received or stored by us. We keep the order, subscription and entitlement records needed to give you what you paid for, to handle refunds and to meet accounting obligations.

Support requests

If you contact support, we keep your message and our replies so the request can be resolved and reviewed later.

Security records

We keep authentication rate-limit counters and administrative audit records to detect abuse and to trace privileged changes.

What we do not do

We do not process your colors with AI. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not accept file uploads. We do not send your colors, project contents or account identifiers to analytics or advertising providers.

Retention and your choices

Account, order and audit records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your account data. Anything held only in your browser is removed by clearing site data for this site.
